What this site is
JDM Engines Dallas is an information and referral site. It helps buyers identify which Honda or Acura replacement engine their vehicle takes, and passes qualified enquiries to a seller who fulfils orders.
It is not the seller of record. Any purchase, payment, invoice, delivery and warranty is a transaction between you and that seller, on their terms. This site earns a commission on completed sales it refers, which is stated plainly on the about page rather than buried here.
Accuracy
The technical information here is compiled carefully and reviewed against its sources, and it is provided without warranty of accuracy or completeness. Engine application data spans decades of production across multiple markets, mid-generation changes are common, and a vehicle old enough to need a replacement engine has often had one already. Where something could not be established with confidence it has been left out rather than guessed at, which means the data is incomplete by design.
Availability and pricing
No price is published on this site. Availability is confirmed per enquiry by the seller and is subject to change without notice — stock moves, and an engine described as available at the time of an enquiry may be gone before an order is placed. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance.
No warranty from this site
This site gives no warranty, express or implied, on any engine. Any warranty, return right or guarantee that applies to a purchase comes from the seller and is governed by their terms. Ask them what applies before paying, and get the answer in writing.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate vehicle information. An engine identified from an incorrect year, model or trim will be the wrong engine.
- Confirm fitment with the seller before purchase, particularly for a swap rather than a like-for-like replacement.
- Satisfy yourself about condition, what is included, warranty and returns before paying.
- Have the engine installed by someone competent to do it. Nothing here is installation instruction.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JDM Engines Dallas is not liable for loss or damage arising from use of this site or reliance on information published on it, including indirect or consequential loss such as vehicle downtime, freight costs on an incorrectly ordered engine, labour costs, or lost income. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Acceptable use
Do not submit false information through the Engine Finder, submit enquiries on behalf of someone who has not asked you to, attempt to access the administration area, scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for others, or attempt to interfere with its operation. Automated submissions are blocked and rate limited.
Intellectual property
The text, structure, design and brand mark of this site belong to its operator. Engine codes, model names and manufacturer names are used descriptively to identify parts and vehicles. This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorised dealer for Honda Motor Co., Ltd., Acura, or any vehicle manufacturer.
